EPDM ROOFING SYSTEMS

Garner Roofing uses EPDM systems for new and re-roofing low-slope applications. Earlier designs include the ballasted roof, where the EPDM membrane is laid loosely over loose insulation. We will then cover the membrane with ballast, pavers, or stone to help keep the membrane in place, especially during high winds. EPDM membranes can also be attached to structural decks or rigid insulation. EPDM systems are beneficial as they offer aesthetic appeal whether you prefer the smooth, sleek appearance of a black membrane or a variety of specially colored membranes and coatings.
